The secondary system of substation is the nervous system controlled and monitored by the whole substation.Whether the secondary circuit is reasonable and reliable is directly related to the reliable operation of the whole substation and even the system.The establishment of the substation has become an indispensable part of the power system,along with the rapid development of world power technology,substation experienced transition from old to the new equipment,manned to unattended,ac transmission to dc transmission shift,with the development of science and technology,intelligent substation has become the trend of power grid development,real-time data collection and data processing of digital application is critical to the stability of the operation of power grids.And secondary system in substation occupies the important position,running and maintenance of production safety,ensure safe and reliable operation system,it can real-time to station equipment to monitor all data at a time,faults immediately notify related personnel to take measures to eliminate the defects in a timely manner.This subject mainly focuses on the detailed analysis of the principle,design and configuration of the two systems in the station.After investigating and analyzing the data of the substation,this paper first puts forward the design basis of Chengfeng substation,introduces the general situation of the whole substation,explains the present situation of Handan power grid and the necessity of its construction,and then discusses the status quo of the secondary relay protection system and the automation system and the design of each system.Based on the analysis of the two main systems in the substation secondary system,the overall design scheme and the functions realized are given,and the network structure of the automation system is mainly studied.By comparing the two network schemes and considering the actual situation of the substation,the protection direct mining direct jump+500kV GOOS is finally selected.E networking+220kV SV/GOOSE dual network integration network scheme;briefly introduced the application of AC and DC integrated power supply system,and some advanced applications of automation system;finally introduced the secondary equipment cabinet and layout and substation operation effect analysis,to achieve unattended substation,independent relay protection function,economy Reliability.
