The Overall Planning Of Laodao Riverside Countryside Complex Of Zhuoran Village In Liuyang County

The report of the 19th CPC Central Committee points out the necessity of"accelerating the ecological civilization system reform and building a beautiful China".Meanwhile,the central government No.1 document in 2017 clarified the concept of the "countryside complex".Overall planning of the Laodao Riverside Countryside Complex in Zhuoran Village,Liuyang City is based on the concept.Take the "Rural Revitalization Strategy" as the starting point.In this paper,relevant policies are interpreted,and relevant cases as well as planning and development process are deeply analyzed.Meanwhile,corresponding laws and regulations are taken into consideration.Through field survey and the pre-stage background analysis,the design scope is identified,and the design positioning is clarified.The ecological,landscape planning and relevant methods and theories are used to formulate a development path suitable to Zhuoran Village’s basic conditions.The planning objectives,principles and concepts are obtained.Besides,problems encountered during the research process are summarized.Concerning the existing problems,solutions are proposed.Moreover,according to attributes of four types of land,including agricultural land,forest land,construction land and water area,the space and functional model for interactive development among the four types of land is explored.Finally,a countryside complex themed on "outstanding ecology and idyllic countryside" and featuring joint construction,sharing and urban-rural interaction and integration is finally built.The overall planning scope of the Laodao Riverside Countryside Complex is the administrative region of Zhuoran Village.It covers an area of around 658.71 hectares.The overall spatial structural layout is "one belt,two cores,and five modules".Here,"one belt" refers to the Laodao River Landscape Belt;"two cores" refer to the Ecological Agricultural Core Area and Zhuoran Cultural Experience Core Area;"five modules" refer to the Cultural Experience Module,Outdoor Experience Module,Countryside Landscape Module,Modern Agricultural Industrial Module,and Sea Flower Industrial Module.The functional structural planning has extended the layout of the overall spatial structure,dividing the whole countryside complex into 11 functional areas with different characteristics.Meanwhile,the characteristic scenicspots and botanic landscapes in different functional areas are planned.Finally,the road transportation,traveling route,infrastructure,public service facilities,traveling service facilities,Greenland system,environmental protection,disaster prevent and risk avoidance,periodical planning,investment evaluation and so on within the whole countryside complex are planned.Meanwhile,relevant safeguard measures are proposed to ensure construction of the Laodao Riverside Countryside Complex into an ecological and livable countryside complex demonstration site with simple folk customs.It is hoped that this research can provide reference for the future countryside complex construction.
