| Since the founding of New China,rural construction has been steadily advancing,actively exploring the rural construction content that adapts to the development background of the times.In 2013,after the "Efforts to build beautiful countryside ",the construction of beautiful countryside in Zhejiang,Jiangsu and other regions has achieved remarkable results,and the necessity and importance of construction have been highlighted.In 2018,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a major decision making deployment to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,which is a major historical task of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a socialist modernization country,and also provides a new policy background for the countryside construction.In recent years,the construction of beautiful rural areas in Anhui Province has achieved some results,but there are still some problems to be solved.For example,the difference in the level of beautiful rural construction in northern Anhui,southern Anhui,central Anhui and riverside areas is affirmative.This gap has affected the overall effect of rural construction in the province.In view of these problems,this paper will study the beautiful rural planning and construction in the northern part of Anhui Province.The main contents include:This paper studies the excellent cases of rural construction at home and abroad,mainly focuses on the successful cases of beautiful rural construction in various regions of China,analyzes the reasons for the success of the construction and provides a thought for the study of beautiful rural construction in northern Anhui province.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the present situation of beautiful countryside construction in northern Anhui province and its main problems are analyzed,and the regional characteristics of culture and custom in northern Anhui are studied.Combined with the above research content,this paper summarizes the thought of beautiful countryside construction in the north of Anhui province,and provides relevant basis for the construction of beautiful countryside under the new policy background.The construction of beautiful countryside in the north of Anhui province lacks the regional culture characteristics,the connotation value is weak.It has the phenomenon of "similarity of all villages ".The regional culture should be fully refined and used in the planning and construction,such as Taoism culture and ChuHan culture,the regional culture should be used in the construction of rural tourism,landscape sketch,shows its own characteristics through the rational utilization of the old house and good people and things in the village.and enhance the value of the construction.In the course of planning and construction of beautiful countryside,we should fully understand the present situation of village,plan according to local conditions and enhance the landing of planning and construction.The construction of beautiful countryside in the north of Anhui province is slow,and the effect is short,so it should be classified and built in stages,starting from the most urgent parts of villagers.After completion,long-term management should be carried out to improve the participation degree of village construction,construct the rural management system and financial system,and ensure the overall green and sustainable development of the countryside. |
