This paper studies the effectiveness of building a beautiful rural villagers satisfaction problem, rural villagers for a better evaluation of beautiful countryside satisfaction as an important indicator of the effectiveness of the building, can provide a good guide next to the beautiful countryside construction.In this paper, the effectiveness of a beautiful rural construction theory in-depth study, a comprehensive understanding of the country on the basis of rural construction, building performance indicators based on the construction of a beautiful rural villagers satisfaction planning system. Choose from five Area of Anhui each one village to conduct research in the selected five villages, represented by the data collected through questionnaires.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation from the perspective of a better satisfaction villagers rural construction and implementation of the evaluation results. Then Factors Affecting Villagers satisfaction with four quadrants, finally proposed to enhance the beautiful countryside construction optimization strategy.Through research and analysis, conclusions are wonderful countryside construction is as follows:(1) the villagers to work for a better quality of rural construction in Anhui Province in recent years carried out in hal, part of the renovation work to achieve the desired goal, the other part does not achieve the desired objectives. (2) Public service centers, water supply facilities, sewage facilities and other three projects are the key factors driving the villagers satisfaction, need to focus on improvement. (3) The study found that four investment funds social and environmental factors, planning and design quality, long-term management mechanism satisfaction of the villagers also have some influence.
