| The concept of green building has been deeply rooted in people’s minds, and energy conservation and emission reduction is its core link. There are a large number of existing buildings in China, which face the arduous task of improving performance and green energy conservation. The improvement of historical buildings is particularly difficult.Due to its historical value, the appearance of the building is generally not suitable for large changes, making it difficult to apply the green technology applied to ordinary existing buildings. On the other hand, green technology has long been dominated by the building physics profession, ignoring the potential and possibilities of tapping green energy conservation from a design perspective. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the appropriate technology for improving the performance of the building from the perspective of space design, combined with the calculation of thermal energy consumption. In this paper, the design builder software is used as the simulation software, and the renovation project of No.156 Zhongyi Street of Jiangyin is taken as the carrier. From the perspective of space design, the design of thermal performance improvement of historical buildings in the transformation is carried out.On this basis,a number of suitable technologies and strategies are summarized. The first chapter of this paper first introduces the basic information of the project, and develops the mapping of the current building to form the basis of design research. The second chapter is the pre-design research preparation, including problem analysis, technical preparation, and design strategy research. The design builder is verified with the measured environmental data to ensure that the simulation technology used in the text research has an empirical basis and reliability. The third chapter is the research part of architectural design. From the perspective of space design, the design strategy derived from the previous chapter is applied to the design scheme, and finally the performance evaluation is made through simulation calculation. The evaluation results show that the thermal performance of historical buildings can be significantly improved by applying appropriate space design strategies under the premise of green energy conservation and style preservation. The design drawings form the final chapter of the text. The text of this article is about 16 800 words and 107 charts. |
