With the development of industrialization,fire accidents are on the rise,especially in high buildings,subways,underground shopping malls and other relatively closed environment,the rescue personnel cannot enter the scene once if accident happens,and innocent sacrifice will be caused or some other heavy price should be paid if they take rushed action.Fire robot can take the place of firefighters to enter the accident site to complete the investigation,feedback and the development of rescue plan.So it is really urgent to make a remote-controlled fire robot that is mobile,flexible,versatile,safe and reliable,which can also replace firefighters to enter the fire site for sprinkler,smoke extraction,obstacle removal,traction and detection.This paper puts forward the overall design of the lifting multifunctional fire robot on the base of the operation analysis,following its hydraulic pressure design.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the structural design of the whole machine using the SolidWorks for 3d modeling to establish the mobile model of the fire robot and analyze the torque power required when running at full load such as slope climbing and steering.Secondly,the equipment selection of the actuator,including hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic motor,hydraulic pump,fan,hydraulic winch,earth shovel and so on.Under the consideration of the special requirements of each mechanism,such as the selflocking when the machine stops suddenly,and its realization of the overload protection when the shovel touches the ground.Thirdly,the overall design scheme of the hydraulic system satisfying each actuator is given according to the design requirements like the independent control of multiple actuators and the distribution of hydraulic pipeline.Finally,a complete hydraulic system schematic diagram is established,hydraulic system is built and parameter of each component is set in the AMESIM environment regime.The vibration of pipeline is compared by multiple parameters,and the batch operation is set up.AMESIM software is used for simulation analysis of the hydraulic system,and the problem in the system simulation phase is corrected by constantly adjusting the parameters to meet the requirements.The use of fire robots can obtain all kinds of information on the fine scene in time,reducing the danger coefficient of rescue workers,especially in the environment of heat,smoke,prone to collapse of buildings,the fire robot can be used for cooling,spraying,smoke extraction and obstacle removal,etc.,and the feedback information of the fire robot can be used to deploy the plan in advance to avoid blind action,which is of great significance to reduce the casualties of innocent people.
