With the intelligent development of advanced multi-disciplinary technology,the mechanical and electrical integration equipment,which takes industrial robots as the core,has been widely used in various fields.The hydraulic robots with the advantages of large output torque,small volume,fast movement and good explosion-proof performance are more potential.In this paper,a hydraulic robot electro-hydraulic joint is designed by using hydraulic technology and virtual prototyping technology of mechanical system.First,this paper analyzes the hydraulic system design of hydraulic joint of hydraulic robot,selects the main hydraulic components according to the relevant parameters,and uses the software SolidWorks to complete the design of the hydraulic joint integrated valve block components,and uses the ANSYS software to carry out the finite element static analysis and analysis of the hydraulic assembly valve block.The simulation results show that the structure of the hydraulic manifold block meets the requirements of the work.The whole three-dimensional model of electro hydraulic joint was established by using SolidWorks software.Secondly,according to the structural characteristics of hydraulic joints of hydraulic robots,the mathematical models of proportional electromagnet,electro-hydraulic proportional overflow valve and electromagnetic proportional valve controlled hydraulic motor are derived respectively.The Simulink module of MATLAB software is used to simulate and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic joint.The hydraulic system model of electro-hydraulic joints is established in AMESim software,and the influence of structural parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the system is verified by simulation.Finally,the hydraulic joint of the hydraulic robot is manufactured and the hydraulic joint test platform is set up to carry out the experiment of the electro-hydraulic joint mechanical transmission.The correctness of the hydraulic system is verified by the experiment.At the same time,the accuracy of the mathematical model and the reliability of the simulation analysis are also verified.
