Along with the development of traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods and techniques,Chinese medicine has gradually evolved from an empirical discipline to a more scientific and practical discipline.The traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy products based on this have been favored by users.With the improvement of the product market,the demand for TCM physiotherapy products has gradually changed to the home scene.However,the development of home TCM physiotherapy products is still in the stage of simple physiotherapy function stacking,which less considers the user's demand for styling.At the same time,the design and research of home Chinese medicine physiotherapy products mainly from technology,lack of users' consideration of product modeling needs in the home environment and how to extract the design elements that should meet the needs.This paper explores the user needs and related design elements in household TCM physiotherapy products by the combination method of “B-FAST-QFD”,and provides method and verification through design practice to provide new ideas and methods for home TCM physiotherapy product design to promote household The future development of TCM physiotherapy products industry.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the characteristics of home Chinese medicine physiotherapy products are clearly defined.Through the research on user behavior law,the relationship between user behavior and user needs is obtained,and the principle of similarity between home Chinese medicine physiotherapy products and existing products is adopted.The qualitative research methods such as the Yesi network and the portraits of the people speculate on the user behavior of the home Chinese medicine physiotherapy products,from which the user's needs are obtained and their weights are calculated.Secondly,through the FAST functional analysis method,from the user's needs,the corresponding user requirements are gradually interpreted as the basic functions of the product,and then the sub-functions of the product are derived.Finally,the shape of the household TCM physiotherapy products is derived from the condition of satisfying the sub-function.Design elements.Finally,the user requirements and product design elements are brought into the quality house model,and the relationship between the two is analyzed.Based on this,the weights of the design elements of the home Chinese medicine physiotherapy products are quantitatively determined,and the design of home Chinese medicine physiotherapy products is guided.Through the design verification of the household Chinese medicine plum blossom needle case,it is determined that the design method of “B-FAST-QFD” can finally meet the user's needs in the innovative design of household plum blossom needle products.Through the case study,the applicability of the design method in the design of home Chinese medicine physiotherapy products was verified.This paper combines user behavior(B,Behavior),functional analysis model(FAST),and quality function configuration(QFD)to study the methods applicable to the design of home Chinese medicine physiotherapy products,focusing on how to identify the needs of household TCM physiotherapy products.And extracting relevant product modeling design elements,and constructing methods and strategies based on “B-FAST-QFD” user demand and modeling design elements of household TCM physiotherapy products to form a complete product design method.It brings a new way of thinking and research to the design of home Chinese medicine physiotherapy products,promotes the development of home Chinese medicine physiotherapy products,and improves the user satisfaction of products..
