Research On The Tendency And Development Of Contemporary Architecture In Changchun

Taking the contemporary architecture of Changchun as the research object,from the perspective of architecture,this thesis sorts out the contemporary architectural styles of Changchun and analyzes the factors influencing its development.This paper covers the period from 1978 to now,including not only the representative works created and designed by local architects,but also the excellent works created by domestic and foreign masters and design institutions.The research methods of this thesis consist of literature review,field research,factor extraction and comparative study.First of all,this thesis collects information about the planning and development of modern and contemporary architecture in Changchun,sorts out the development of Changchun architectural style in the modern and contemporary cities and the styles presented by later generations,and analyzes its influence on the development trend of contemporary architectural style in Changchun.Secondly,the representative works of various types of buildings in Changchun from 1978 to now are sorted out,the development trace of Changchun's contemporary architectural style is sorted out by analyzing techniques,colors and architects,and then the tendencies of Changchun's contemporary architectural style are summarized.Finally,through factor extraction and comparison,the trend of Changchun's contemporary architectural style is obtained and the prospect of Changchun's future architectural style is proposed.At last,the conclusion is applied to the design of senior-citizen center of Jilin province,which is proven to be successful.The architectural style has the connotation of region,times and architect.At the same time,the architectural style of a city can be traced through the architectural style of a city.As the city did not develop until the founding of new China,Changchun has its own particularity.The research on the tendency and development of the contemporary architectural style of Changchun can help us sort out some problems existing in the contemporary construction,and providesome theoretical basis for shaping the characteristics of Changchun.
