The Research On Contemporary New Chinese Architectural Design

Modern design originated from the western industrial society,and it originated from the study of European design.When modern western design was introduced into China,the concept of Chinese style design was diluted and gradually replaced by modern design.It seems that people have become accustomed to modern design style.Nowadays,Chinese traditional architectural art forms are facing the impact of modernization and all-round westernization.Everyone is keen on the height and strange shape of modern architecture.Nevertheless,the traditional Chinese architectural culture has not faded out of our sight.With the impact of globalization,China’s national strength is increasingly strengthening the rapid economic development,and the trend of traditional Chinese learning is rising rapidly.In the era of material satisfaction,people began to call for the return of national spirit and pay more attention to the improvement of spiritual level.Under this background,many new Chinese architectural works with Chinese elements have appeared all over the country.Taking the housing built by real estate developers as an example,there are many new Chinese style projects in architecture itself,landscape gardens and interior decoration.What design methods and elements in these new Chinese-style buildings embody the essence and culture of Chinese-style buildings? By studying and summarizing these design methods and elements,we can make meaningful reference value for real estate companies to develop new Chinese-style residential projects in the future.The paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly clarifies the basis of topic selection,research value,research content,researchmethods and content framework of the paper.It is the introduction of this article,which paves the way for the discussion in the following chapters.The second chapter of the paper is the theoretical research part,which is the basis and main part of the paper.It takes the external form,visual language,architectural characteristics and scene building of the new Chinese style architectural design as the main clue,and comprehensively interprets and analyses the concept of the new Chinese style architectural design.The third chapter of this paper is the practical research part,which is the practical significance and application part of this paper.Through the analysis of cases,the elements of new Chinese style architecture are analyzed,and the main characteristics and common points of these cases are expounded in the way of incomplete induction.Finally,on the basis of the theoretical basis of the previous paper,it compares with the new Chinese architecture in Taiwan and Hong Kong,interprets the Enlightenment of Taiwan and Hong Kong on the level of culture and design,and elaborates the inheritance and innovation of the new Chinese style architectural elements through comparison and induction.Chapter 4 is the conclusion.This part mainly summarizes and summarizes the main ideas of this article,analyses the value orientation and future development of new Chinese style buildings,and indirectly points out some problems existing in the new Chinese style housing projects of real estate development in China today: the cultural quality and professional ethics of developers,design institutes,designers themselves.Accomplishment,the study and absorption of Chinese culture,and the research and innovation of traditional Chinese style architectural design are paid enough attention and respect.
