Industrialization is the direction of development in construction industry,and it is also the booming goal for residential industrialization.The precast shear wall structure have the advantages of fast construction speed,high building quality,energy saving and environmental protection,etc.Which is a structural system suitable for our country’s industrialization development.Compared with single-piece shear wall,the lateral stiffness of coupled shear wall is large.For reinforced concrete connecting beam after yielding,plastic deformation occurs at the beam end to dissipate seismic energy and improve the shear wall mechanical performance.At present,the study of impact in seismic performance of infill wall to the main structure,mainly focus on the infill wall to the frame structure or the frame-shear wall structure,and the infill wall is mostly in the form of masonry.In order to better consider the seismic behavior of precast concrete coupled shear wall with precast concrete(PC)infill wall,this paper finish the pseudo-static tests of one coupled shear wall without PC infill wall and two coupled shear walls with infill wall(flexible connection and rigid connection between the PC infill wall and the coupled shear wall respectively).And at the same time,taking the ABAQUS finite element analysis software build test specimens.The main contents are as follows:(1)The quasi-static tests of coupled shear wall with PC infill walls were carried out,and the mechanical performance as well as failure process of coupled shear wall with PC infill wall were evaluated.Through the quasi-static tests of one uninfill wall specimen and two PC infill wall specimens,the crack development rules and the failure form of the three specimens are described in detail.PC infill walls changed the destruction form of precast coupled shear wall and reduced the extent of damage to the main body.The failure form of flexible connection specimen and uninfill specimen are roughly the same,mainly including shear failure of beam and the bending shear failure of the wall limb,but the main failure form of the rigid connection specimen is shear failure of the beam and the wall limb.(2)Through quasi-static tests of three specimens,the test results was compared and analyzed in terms of hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,displacement ductility,stiffness degradation,strength degradation,energy dissipation capacity,etc.The results show that PC infill walls can increase the structural yield load,peak load,and lateral stiffness;it restricts the development of the lateral deformation of the structure and reduces the displacement ductility of coupled shear wall;the presence of infill walls can effectively consume seismic energy and improve the seismic performance of structure.(3)By analyzing lateral stiffness of pieces in elastic stage,the period reduction factor under different connection methods was obtained.The analysis shows that when PC infill wall and shear wall structure are flexibly connected,the periodical reduction factor of the blockfilled wall can be referred to,and when the rigid connection is used,the periodical reduction factor is recommended to be 0.8~1.(4)Based on the experimental research,the ABAQUS finite element model was established.The reliability of finite element modeling method was verified through comparative analysis with experimental results,and depth research was carry out,which was different axial compression ratios、 concrete strengths of PC infill walls、 the number and diameter of rebars anchored into the shear wall when using rigid connections.The analysis results show that finite element simulation results are in good agreement with test results.The modeling method used in this paper can better simulate the stress characteristics and failure form of these specimens.As the axial compression ratio increases,the yield load and peak load increase,but the ductility decreases.It is recommended that the axial compression ratio of the rigid connection test piece should not exceed 0.3.The bearing capacity of structure increases with the increase of concrete strength grade of PC infill wall and the number of steel bars anchored into the shear wall when using rigid connections.(5)Based on the tests and finite element analysis,a calculation model for lateral stiffness and bearing capacity of precast concrete coupled shear wall with PC infill wall is established,which is according to the shear wall continuity calculation method and the bearing capacity calculation theory of compression members.And the design method is put forward.The comparison between theoretical value and experimental value 、 simulation value shows that the calculation method proposed in this paper can be well applied to the calculation of lateral stiffness and bearing capacity.
