This thesis mainly studies the mechanical performance of the fabricated beam-wall outer bolt dry connection node, and provides some references for the fabricated frame core tube structure node in actual engineering operations. In actual engineering, the nodes connected by wet connection are too complicated to connect the steel bars at the nodes, which brings trouble to the construction work;the assembly type uses sleeve technology for connection, which reduces the complexity of the joint nodes, but there are some problems. When the shear wall is thinner,in order to reduce the influence of the anchorage length on the shear wall, the diameter of the longitudinal reinforcement is generally reduced, and the number of the longitudinal reinforcement is increased. As the number of the longitudinal reinforcement increases, the sleeve will also increase.Incoming node connections will also become complicated. In order to make node connections simple and effective, this text starts to study the characteristics of making node connections simple and effective. In the direction of the fabricated beam-wall out-of-plane node, this thesis proposes a method of fabricated beam-wall out-of-plane node bolt dry connection through beam shoe bolt connection to solve the complex problem of the node.In order to study the seismic performance of the fabricated beam-wall out-of-plane joint dry connection, taking into account constraints, concrete strength and other factors,12 specimens were designed. The specimens were beam and beam shoe bolt assemblies. The specimens were divided into 3groups,The anchorage length of each group of beam shoes is different, divided into anchorage length 200 mm,250mm,300 mm length. For each group of 4 specimens, the beam shoe bolts were drawn and sheared, and then verified by finite element simulation, and finally simulated in finite element. One cast-in-place specimen and two different beam shoe anchors were designed. The length of the assembled beam shoe bolt test piece, the anchoring length is200 mm,250mm.Carry out the overall simulation of the fabricated beam-wall out-of-plane joint dry connection, study and analyze the influence of different beam shoe anchoring lengths on the stiffness, ductility and ultimate bearing capacity of the fabricated specimen when low-cycle reciprocating load is applied to the beam end,and compare the fabricated test The difference between the specimen and the cast-in-place specimen. The research results show that the beam-shoe bolt connection method in the test is reliable and can meet the design requirements, the simulation and the test results can correspond, and the simulation results are reliable and effective. The performance is comparable,or even slightly stronger. As the anchorage length of the beam shoe increases, the seismic performance is better.Through the beam shoe bolt dry connection method, the force performance at the node can be effectively improved.
