At present,China's urbanization is developing rapidly,and the demand for municipal roads is also increasing.Municipal roads play a very important role in urban development.They not only shoulder the heavy responsibility of the general public,but also meet the indispensable transportation infrastructure.Because the municipal road engineering is located in the urban area and has complex social and comprehensive characteristics,which will bring the risk of cost.Therefore,and control the cost of construction in the future construction of municipal road projects,it is necessary to construct a targeted risk management system that is applicable to the cost management of municipal road projects.This paper uses the literature to summarize and analyze the risk factors of municipal road construction cost,and determines the list of municipal road construction cost risk through expert interviews and questionnaires.Based on the fuzzy matter-element theory,a cost assessment model for municipal road construction cost was established.Taking the research on cost evaluation of Liangcun Avenue project in Nanning as the case background,based on the cost risk assessment model and the main factors affecting the cost of municipal road construction are analyzed.Finally,corresponding risk countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the prominent factors of cost risk.From the results of case analysis,the municipal road engineering cost risk assessment model constructed in this paper can effectively identify the risk of municipal road cost management,prevent risks from being prior,reflect the practical application value of the model,and provide decision-making basis for project managers.
