The competition in the market and the needs of customers continue to encourage enterprises to provide updated technology and higher quality products,focus on product R&D,attach importance to R&D management.Combining the needs of industry competition and enterprise transformation and upgrading to focus on solving problems and deficiencies in product R&D,constantly optimizing and improving R&D management initiatives are the cores of enterprise product R&D management.As a high-tech enterprise providing power automation equipment,KH Power Company needs to strengthen product R&D and R&D management under the background of industry development and the actual needs of company transformation.First of all,this paper introduces the research background and significance,the research status and development of domestic and foreign research,research content and methods,and the basic framework of the paper.It expounds the development of enterprise R&D management theory,the classification of R&D activities,the scope of R&D activities,R&D management content,R&D management method,product life cycle theory and other content.It discusses the overall situation and development trend of the company's power equipment industry,introduces the company's basic situation and product R&D,and points out the company's future product R&D direction.Secondly,on the basis of the company's on-the-spot investigation and research,it analyzes the status quo of the company's R&D management in detail,and summarizes the reasons of the company's product R&D and R&D management issues,focusing on sum up the problems and shortcomings in the company's R&D strategy and planning management,R&D organization management,R&D project management,R&D human resource management,etc.Thirdly,combined with the basic theory of product R&D and R&D management practices,the paper proposes targeted optimization and improvement programs as well as specific optimization and improvement measures.To optimize R&D strategy and planning management from four aspects: formulating a clear and comprehensive R&D strategy,suiting market and customer's needs,expanding the sources of demand information,and appropriately expanding the scope of outsourcing;to optimize R&D organization management from four aspects: taking a matrix organization model,forming a cross-functional R&D team,expanding the application of virtual R&D organization,andadjusting the internal functional departments;to optimize R&D project management from five aspects: centralized optimization of R&D projects,adoption of door management and agile development,implementation of risk quantification management,increasing suspension and termination mechanisms,and improvement of R&D project quality management;to optimize R&D human resource management from three aspects:improving R&D project leader selection,improving R&D project team maturity,and optimizing R&D staff incentive model.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the programs and the implementation of the measures,formulates the implementation of safeguard measures.The main research conclusions,limitations and prospects of the thesis are summarized.
