An Analysis Of SD Method In Elements Of Residential Environment Design

In recent years,with the constant advance of urbanization process,a large number of rural populations rush into cities.The total population continues to grow rapidly and cities are turning into multi-residential areas.Under this background,there existed quite a few problems in the living environment of residents.Many urban residential areas are developing towards the trend of high-rise buildings,high plot ratio and high density.The environment design of urban residential area is monotonous,and the problem like thousands of the city shows the same is becoming increasingly prominent.People's housing demand has also changed from having a living house to having a large one,and even goes further,having a large house with a good environment.The function of house is no longer the only demand.This study takes a specific residential area as the research object.Taking the residents in the community as the object of investigation,the purpose of the survey is to obtain insider's living experience.In this paper,SD Semantic Analysis and Factor Analysis are be used.According to the design concept of real estate developers and the author's investigation and observation,questionnaire questions and evaluation scales were designed from four aspects:vegetation(plant),landscape,environment and psychology.By using SPSS software,the data obtained from the questionnaire are analyzed,extracting the factor axis for analysis and evaluation.The vital elements and principles of residential environment design are proposed on the basis of the above investigation and research.
