The computer interlocking system, which is one of the new technologies of railwaysignal system, has taken an important role in application of computer in railway signaling.The main function of computer interlocking is to ensure the safety of train, commandingvehicles in order to improve the efficiency of railway transportation, as well as improvementof the labor intensity. The security problem of computer interlocking system has been a veryimportant issue today, especially the high-speed railway has a stable and fast development. Ithas quite mature abroad about the study on the safety assessment of railway signaling system.Although the study of safety assessment started later in China, a suite of theories and methodsabout assessment has been formed. According to the characteristics of computer interlockingsystem, the fuzzy mathematics and gray theory has combined in the study of its safety.The thesis analyze the structure about computer interlocking system based on scientifictheories, the hardware causing malfunction has investigated, gray fuzzy evaluation model hasestablished, the analysis of system safety has achieved. The main contents as follows:The analysis of the principles and structure of computer interlocking system hascompleted, the working manner of it has a clear understanding. The hot standby computerinterlocking system which applying widely has selected as object to research on, the fault treeanalysis(FTA) and failure modes and effects analysis(FMEA) methods have been used toanalyze its fault, the safety evaluation index system has established.The methods of assessment in china has been researched, combine the practical usage ofcomputer interlocking system, take the fuzzy mathematics and grey theory as foundation, takethe fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as frame, use the method of gray correlation to calculatethe index weight set, the grey fuzzy assessment model has been set up.Take the railway signal standard EN50126as guidance, the risk matrix has beenestablished, and turned qualitative research into the quantitative research. Take the expertscore as the data source, use the fuzzy evaluation model, analysis the evaluation index ofcomputer interlocking system from top to bottom, the level of risk criteria layer and targetlayer and the size of the value of the specific risks has been ensured.The results show that the valuation model established in this paper has very importantsignificance and application value of direct operations to ensure the level of risk aboutcomputer interlocking system and the security weaknesses in systems, while it has practicalsignificance for the establishment of our own safety assessment system.
