Study On Construction Technology Of Composite Pavement In Agricultural And Pastoral In Xing'an League Of Inner Mongolia

Xing'an League is located in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia.Most of its roads in agricultural and pastoral areas are mainly cement concrete pavement.With the rapid development of local economy,the traffic volume of roads and the load of automobiles have increased dramatically.With the influence of low technical level,backward construction technology and long service life,the damage of pavement structure has become increasingly serious,which has brought tremendous changes to peopled travel in agricultural and pastoral areas.The old cement concrete pavement is treated by milling and spraying the modified asphalt with the adhesive layer,and the process in the construction is adjusted to realize the overlaying of the thin asphalt mixture surface layer,thereby saving resources,improving road performance and reducing The purpose of project cost.The following four conclusions are drawn:(1)The AC-13 mix design was preliminarily designed,and the related performances of the raw materials were tested.The results show that the mix design is reasonable and the aggregates meet the specifications.(2)The on-site preparation process of the adhesive layer oil was determined.The initial temperature of the matrix asphalt was 170?,then 60 mesh rubber powder was added and stirred for 2 h.After the reaction was fully reacted,the SBR latex was added,and after stirring for 30 min,the polyphosphoric acid and the ring were sequentially added.Oxygen resin,time interval 30 min,after adding the full modifier,stirring for 90 min.(3)Through construction and investigation and verification,the construction process of AC-13 asphalt concrete surface layer is determined as follows:asphalt concrete mixing temperature is 170??180?,factory temperature is 155??165?,paving temperature is not lower than 140?.The paving process is:closing the vibrating steel drum roller for initial pressure,rolling from the outside to the center during rolling,the adjacent rolling belt overlapping 1/3 to 1/2 wheel width;the recompression using the rubber roller compactor,rolling The number of passes is 4-6 times;the final pressure is rolled by a steel roller compactor,and the rolling is carried out 2 times.
