China's road construction development is increasing,asphalt mixture pavement because of its performance,environmental protection and other factors more widely used,not only in the new road in the outstanding performance in the existing old cement pavement on the road layer of this transformation Also created a good economic and social benefits.At present,the old cement pavement on the asphalt mixture surface design methods are varied,the use of materials and construction technology are not the same,it is necessary for the actual situation of the project to study.Based on the improvement project of the right front road of Inner Mongolia Xing'an League Branch,the paper first tests the condition of old cement concrete pavement on Suo-off line to determine the alteration way.On this basis,Shear test,combined with particle flow software,focusing on the study of thin layer of asphalt,the main work and the results are as follows:1.To investigate the damage condition of the old cement panel,the breaking plate rate was 4.9%,the average misplaced amount was 2.87mm,and the seam load capacity was good.The standard value of the bending strength of the surface layer was 4.47 MPa.And finally to determine the transformation of the project using the asphalt layer of the way.2.The micrometer behavior of the aggregate in the composite pavement is studied by using the discrete element software.The mesoscopic parameters are calibrated by the uniaxial penetration test,and then the raster test specimen is used as the reference.AC-16.AC-13,AC-10,the asphalt overlay thickness of 5cm,4.5cm,4cm,3.5cm,3cm composite road discrete element model,so that the overlay of different gradations,different thickness of the case The distribution of interlaminar shear stress is explored.The results show that the higher the gradation is,the higher the thickness is,the higher the requirement of interlayer bonding.3.Explore the effect of interlayer material on shear strength.The SBS bitumen and ordinary 90#asphalt were used to test the amount of interlayer material in different layers and the ability to resist water damage.Finally,the interlayer material was SBS bitumen,and the optimum amount was 1.4kg/m2?1.8kg/m2.4.Exploring the effect of the old cement panel on the shear strength.In the case of the best amount of interlayer material,the shear test of the six old cement pavement methods was carried out by the other side of the grid,the oblique type,the horizontal bar,the oblique bar,the vertical bar type and the random chisel type.Influence of Interface Treatment Form of Cement Panel on Interlayer Performance.The results of the order of the shear strength between the layers are:square grid type>horizontal bar>oblique type>oblique type>random type>vertical bar type.The old cement panel of the robe line is suitable for the horizontal bar.The final line of the old cement panel of the old way to choose the horizontal bar is appropriate.
