In the late twentieth Century,the cement concrete pavement was widely used in road engineering in our country,and this phenomenon was mainly due to the advantages of good smoothness,high strength,durability and stability of cement concrete pavement.With the increasing traffic and the rapid development of heavy vehicle proportion,a variety of diseases of the old cement concrete pavement has began to appear,and the deteriorating road conditions become a major threat to traffic safety.Therefore,to speed up the technology research on transformation of the old cement concrete pavement has become a formidable challenge for road engineers.Based on the old cement concrete pavement reconstruction project of Gangwu road in Xi'an International trade and logistics park for the project.This paper investigated the diseases of old cement concrete pavement of Gangwu road in detail,and analyzed the effect of overlay thickness and asphalt elastic modulus on the stress of pavement structure,and designed asphalt concrete mixture ratio,and even made a follow-up study on the technical effect of Gangwu road reconstruction.Specific contents are as follows:(1)This paper made a comprehensive evaluation of the old cement concrete pavement of the Gangwu road,and made a comprehensive evaluation of the old cement concrete pavement.Those provides the basis for the selection of treatment methods for pavement and the design of overlay plan.(2)Though comparing the application object,principle and construction technology of common methods for disease treatment of old cement concrete pavement,The transformation method used in Gangwu road finally is the old cement concrete pavement with asphalt concrete overlay.At the same time,this paper summarizes the significance of stress absorbing layer and geosynthetics interlayer in preventing the reflective crack of asphalt concrete surface.(3)How the thickness of asphalt overlay and the elastic modulus of the overlay affect the stress state of the overlay and the deflection difference is studied with finite element analysis software,The optimal thickness range of overlay for preventing and delaying reflective cracking is presented,which provides a reference for the design of overlay of Gangwu road.(4)the mixture ratio of AC-13 SBS modified asphalt concrete in the top layer and in the lower layer AC-20 is determined by the method of Marshall test mix ratio(5)This paper summarizes the old cement concrete pavement reconstruction technology by study the pre construction preparation work,asphalt mixture mixing,paving,rolling and other construction process and joint treatment of the construction process.The tracking effect of the old cement concrete pavement in the Gangwu road has verified the feasibility and rationality of the design and construction quality control of asphalt overlay on old cement concrete pavement,which can be used for reference and reference for the transformation of old cement concrete pavement in the future.
