Research On Performance Management Optimization Of Vehicle Independent Research And Development Project Of XF Company

As the new energy vehicles such as electric market,our country independent brand cars development ushered in a development opportunity of the same starting line with foreign auto enterprises,our country automobile independent brand if it can be a positive innovation,take advantage of new energy automobile rise development to our country automobile industry have the opportunity to achieve great development.XF company as a city car leading state-owned enterprises,the company competitive pressure is small,although has its own performance evaluation scheme,but did not form a performance management system,there is only the performance review and appraisal method is relatively simple,how to improve the XF company internal management and promote a more scientific management system is an urgent need to solve the problem.At the beginning of this paper,the scientific and mature performance management theory at home and abroad is sorted out,and then combined with the relevant theoretical system,the performance management system of XF company's existing vehicle independent research and development project is studied and analyzed.Through full communication and communication with project team leaders and members,it concludes that XF company has some problems in performance management system and performance evaluation system of vehicle independent R&D project.On the premise of defining the principles of improving project performance management,combining XF company's strategic development goals and XF company's existing preconditions,and combining the common performance assessment tools,performance management processes and other related theoretical knowledge,the paper re-optimizes the performance management process,evaluation system and performance management responsibilities of XF company's existing independent research and development projects.Finally,a new XF company performance management process and project performance evaluation system for vehicle independent R&D project are constructed.
