| Comprehensive park is the best place for urban citizens to release fatigue and delight themselves after work and leisure.Using AHP and POE theory,the post-use evaluation of people’s park,nanhu park and shishan park in nanning was studied.The weights of 2 criteria layers,9 first-level indicators and 37 second-le-vel indicators in the evaluation system were calculated.Questionnaire survey and participatory observation are used to collect and make statistics on the basic information of visitors and the relevant data of the park usage.The satisfaction of each factor in the questionnaire is analyzed.The analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to evaluate the park comprehensively.The results are as follows:(1)using the yaahp calculation result of group decision-making panel assembled way of arithmetic average value of each layer is calculated to evaluate the project numerical weights,weight of top 5 factors,in turn,is:landscape ecological D3(0.1245),transportation accessibility D5(0.1177),the scenery of D1(0.1085),the function partition and rationality of scenic spots arrangement D7(0.0737),quiet environment,D2(0.07);The following five factors in the weight ratio are:fitness facilities and recreation facilities D31(0.0032),garden lights D30(0.003),signs D29(0.0026),dustbins D28(0.0024),art appreciation skits D34(0.0024).(2)Through behavioral observation method,it can be concluded that the group characteristics of people’s park,nanhu park and shishan park vary greatly in working days and weekends,among which the elderly population in people’s park accounts for the largest proportion.There is little difference in the spatial characteristics of activities in the three parks.Children and teenagers mainly come to the parks for recreation and leisure activities.The main activity areas are lawn area,square area,lakeside and other water-loving areas,playground,dry pool and sand pit.Young people mainly come to the park for leisure activities,the main activities of the area and children’s activities are basically the same;The elderly mainly come to the park for leisure activities and fitness activities,and the main areas of activities are around the leisure square,main garden road,pavilion and gallery rest facilities.(3)satisfaction evaluation:the factor with the highest score of People’s Park is plant growth goodness D13(4.28),while the factor with the lowest score is water quality D17(3.39).The highest score of South Lake Park is D21(4.42)for space shaping and comfort,while the lowest score is D17(3.71)for water quality.The factor with the highest score in Lion Mountain Park is the shaping and comfort of space D21(4.19),while the factor with the lowest score is water quality D17(3.40).(4)three park satisfaction comparative analysis:the south lake park in humanities landscape richness D4,reduce abate noise perhaps,open sex D24,ornamental art sketch D34 four factors such as satisfaction score lower than that of the people’s park,park toilet D26 satisfaction score is the same as the lion mountain park,sign D29 satisfaction scores were lower than that of the people’s park and the lion mountain park,the other 31 single factor satisfaction score were higher than they are;People’s park in the gateway location D6,the park service D11,plant hue,the seasonal changeD15,plant landscape characteristic D16,water quality D17,near the water safety D18,revetment beautiful D19 and form,space,shape and comfort D21 eight on the single factor is lower than the lion mountain park,sign D29 satisfaction score and the lion mountain park,the other 18 monomial factor score were higher than the lion mountain park.(5)comprehensive evaluation of the three parks:the comprehensive scores of the three parks from high to low are South Lake Park(4.186),People’s Park(3.994)and Nanning Lion Mountain Park(3.917),and all the three parks are rated as good(U2).(6)the optimization strategies for the three typical comprehensive parks in city are:enriching the color changes of the parks;Pay attention to the construction of water landscape;Improving functional zoning and optimizing land structure;Improve the facilities in all areas of the park according to the needs of visitors;Pay attention to the embodiment and communication of culture;Attention to detail,improve the quality of park service.It provides some reference value for the reconstruction and construction of Nanning comprehensive park in the future. |
