The Study Of Z Company's Strategy Implementation On Base Of The Strategy-Centered Organization Theory

Times are changing and society is progressing.All walks of life face challenges and opportunities in such a rapidly developing society,as well as for enterprises.With the rapid change of the market environment,how to orientate the strategy,especially the effective implementation of the established strategy,it is the most difficult problem for all enterprises to implement the strategy.How to build a strategy-centered organization is more important than ever for centralized enterprises to gain long-term competitive advantage.Starting with the essential core conditions for the establishment of strategic center organization,this thesis focuses on the detailed study of its construction method,elaborates how the core link is closely surrounded by the strategic map,and introduces how to quantify the basic work in the process of strategic implementation and how to surround the strategic method.In practice,it combines with an enterprise named Z Company to analyze its battle.Problems in the process of slightly structuring:problems in internal factors,unclear theme;customer experience can not meet the expected requirements,high customer return rate,learning and growth problems,including passive work of employees,lack of an effective staff assessment mechanism,no stimulation to employees and other issues,in view of the problems found.Strategic adjustment,introducing strategic map and balanced scorecard as two tools to carry out strategic transformation,it has also achieved better enterprise development,and continues to move forward along the road of successful strategic transformation.At the end of the article,The thesis hope that more Chinese enterprises can find their own way to implement their strategy and make great progress in their own enterprise strategy.It is also hoped that the construction of a strategy-centered organizations will be favored by more enterprises.
