Research On Quality Evaluation Method Of Scientific Project

In the new age of the flourishing development of science and technology facilities in developed countries,new breakthroughs have been achieved constantly at science and technology level.Entering the new era of up-to-date reform,innovation,development and progress,continuous improvement of science and technology reform and innovation ability in each country has become the general trend of international social development.With the increasing annual funding in scientific research year by year,and the steady enhancement of scientific level in China,the control of the quality of Scientific Project is also of vital importance.This paper is themed with the comprehensive evaluation of scientific research project quality.Firstly,this paper compared the Scientific Project with the general construction project,analyzed the particularity of the Scientific Project.Then,the paper pointed out the current situation of engineering quality management in China,analyzed the feasibility and necessity of applying conformable project quality management in Scientific Project,and pointed out the problems existing in quality management of Chinese Scientific Project.Through analysis of subjects,interest relationship,and resource integration and cooperative relationship in of scientific research quality management,this paper summarized factors influencing the quality of scientific research project quality and evaluation methods by domestic and foreign experts and scholars.By using data analysis,survey discussion and other analytical methods,this paper has selected factors influencing the quality of scientific research project,determined the weighted values of main factors and constructed quality evaluation model suitable for Scientific Project.In the end,this paper combined the actual full-scale pavement test track platform construction project to assess the evaluation model and to verify indicators selected in the model,the feasibility,rationality and effectiveness of application methods.This paper also proposed the safeguard measures and suggestions for the quality control of Scientific Project,and developed the countermeasures to cope with challenges in face of Scientific Project quality management.This paper has visualized the influencing factors in Scientific Project quality evaluation,which can provide certain convenience for decision makers to find the direct or fundamental factors influencing the project quality at a certain stage of Scientific Project construction so that corresponding countermeasures can be adopted before carrying out processes to guarantee that project quality can satisfy design requirements.
