With the rapid development of economy and electronic commerce,domestic logistics demand is growing rapidly.Compared with air freight and road freight,the use of high-speed rail freight is not only safe,high punctuality rate,large volume,but also all-weather in medium distance transportation.So fast-speed railway freight is increasingly favored by people,and Railway Company also puts forwards running freight EMU.Goods are transported by container.As a key issue in logistics transportation,the stowage of containers affects the rapidity,on-time rate and safe operation of freight EMU.At present,the research on container loading at home and abroad mostly focuses on ship freight and air freight,and there is little research on fast-speed railway freight.Therefore,the research in this graduation thesis has certain significance for the future development of fast-speed railway freight.The stowage of containers relates to containers,fright EMU and the distribution of containers.Firstly,the loading model of the container is studied.To shorten the stop time of the multi-station freight EMU and simplify the loading and unloading operation,the loading model realizes the unimpeded loading and unloading of containers.That is to say,at the intermediate station,staffs only move containers need to be loaded or unloaded at the station,without moving the other containers.So unhindered handling of the containers is realized.In addition,the model considers the overload and eccentric load standards,and maximizes the transportation efficiency.Based on the loading model,the server loading software performs the loading calculation to obtain a reasonable loading result.After the calculation,the loading result can be queried through the client software,and staffs can select target containers according to the loading result.Considering the large amount of containers in station yards and randomness of target containers,it is difficult to select containers quickly.So ZigBee technology is used to realize the information exchange between the container and the client software,and the station cargo identification is completed to help the selection.The ZigBee communication device is installed on the container and bound to each other.The communication device receives the loading result sent by the client software,and compares with the container's information to which it is bound.If the information is in the loading result,that is,the container needs to be selected,an audible and visual prompt is issued,and the container can be quickly located and selected.In addition,in order to transmit the train parameters and the loading results between the onboard client on the train and the server software,vehicle-ground information interaction is realized by GPRS,and the communication protocol is mainly studied.Finally,the loading and communication functions are tested to prove the feasibility and applicability.There are 68 drawings,31 tables and 67 references.
