Bearing is an important part of freight train running section,and its state directly affects the safety of freight train running.Under the influence of external environment,the temperature rise of the shaft is a normal phenomenon,but when the temperature rise of the axle is large,it may lead to the occurrence of hot shaft failure,which brings a serious threat to the safety of freight train running In recent years,Zig Bee wireless communication technology has developed rapidly,and has been widely used in the industrial field,agricultural field,intelligent transportation and other fields.The application of Zig Bee technology to the real-time online monitoring system of shaft temperature will effectively promote the development of railway transportation.This article proposes a freight train axle temperature monitoring system based on Zigbee technology in response to the demand for real-time monitoring of freight train axle temperature.The thesis mainly conducts research and design from three aspects: wireless transmission,ground monitoring,and system testing.The wireless transmission part has designed two transmission schemes: vehicle-mounted and vehicle-ground wireless.Among them,the vehicle-mounted wireless transmission is mainly completed in the IAR development environment,using Zigbee technology,using CC2530 as the main chip,and using the DS18B20 digital temperature sensor to collect the axle temperature.At the same time,the axle temperature collection nodes gather the axle temperature data to the coordinator through the Zigbee network.Realize multi-point temperature measurement.The routing algorithm is simulated and optimized,and the new algorithm can extend the life cycle of the node.The vehicle-ground data transmission part uses GPRS network to realize remote real-time monitoring of axle temperature.This part takes the Core-Air724 module as the core,and designs the program of the gateway node.The gateway node receives the data of the aggregation node through the serial port,traverses all the collected axle temperature data,and the CC2530 coordinator sends AT commands to GPRS,connects to the TCP server and sends Monitor data to the Internet.The remote ground monitoring center is designed and made on the Web page.The user login interface,temperature alarm interface,real-time dynamic temperature curve interface and historical data query interface are designed in detail.Ground experts can diagnose bearing faults more conveniently based on the information in the web interface.Finally,this article carries out GPRS communication test,wireless transmission quality test,system communication capability test and monitoring function test on the entire monitoring system.The test results show that the system achieves a good effect of real-time online monitoring of axle temperature,and has certain reference significance for wireless axle temperature monitoring of freight trains. |
