Research On Evaluation Method Of Soil Erosion Control Effect Of Real Estate Construction Project Based On Soil Erosion Contrast

China is a country with serious soil erosion.In 2012,the country's soil erosion area was 2 491 100 square kilometers,which is about 1/4 of the country's land area.Severe soil erosion would cause topsoil erosion,resulting in a decline in land productivity,siltation in rivers,lakes,reservoirs,etch,affecting ecological balance.With the rapid development of China's national economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization,the real estate industry has risen rapidly,and soil erosion caused by real estate construction has become an important part of urban soil erosion.According to incomplete statistics,the area of soil erosion caused by real estate construction and construction accounted for 50.6% of the total urban soil erosion in China by the end of 2016.The soil erosion control of real estate construction projects would become the main research direction of urban soil erosion control in China,and how to evaluate it.The effect of soil erosion control is an important part of the research on soil erosion control of real estate construction projects.Based on the limitations of the “water and soil erosion control degree” index used in the evaluation of soil erosion control in previous real estate construction projects,the paper puts forward the concept of soil erosion contrast,using literature research method,experience summarization method,investigation method,mathematic-tics.The method and empirical research method were used to analyze the soil erosion contrast.The main work and achievements are as follows:1.Based on the characteristics of real estate construction projects,the main links and incentives of soil erosion are analyzed.2.Aiming at the deficiencies of the evaluation method of “degree of soil erosion control”,the concept of soil erosion contrast is proposed.3.Combining the effects of soil erosion control on 31 real estate construction projects in the study area,using the theory of soil erosion contrast,the law of the degree of soil erosion control in real estate construction projects is revealed.4.The evaluation of soil erosion control effects of three real estate construction projects was carried out,and the feasibility of soil erosion contrast was verified.
