The collector is a part of urban rail transit vehicle to obtain electric energy from power supply system.Studying the dynamic characteristics of the Receiver is an important way to improve the quality of train current collection.A Spring-regulated current collector has a lower current collecting quality when the train runs at a higher speed.Therefore,this paper proposes a new type of pressure-regulated collector which can meet the requirements of high running speed of urban rail vehicles and improve the operational efficiency of urban traffic.At present,there are few studies on the pressure-regulated collector,so this paper combines the mathematical model of pressure-regulated with the mathematical model of the collector,establishes the dynamic model of the three-rail pressure regulated current collector,studies their dynamic characteristics under different conditions,and analyses the current quality.Pressure regulation of pressure regulator valve has a great impact on the dynamic performance of the collector.Therefore,a reasonable direct-acting pressure relief valve and cylinder are designed at first in this paper.By maintaining the pressure stability in the cylinder,the contact force between the shoegear and the third rail can still be maintained at about 130N when the vehicle is disturbed by external excitation.Then a multi-rigid-body dynamic model of pressure-regulated collector with bogie vibration excitation is established based on the actual working state and structure principle of pressure-regulated collector.In this paper,the M_B fractal contact theory is used to derive the contact stiffness formulas of the collector and the third rail by studying the relationship between load and deformation.Then,the process of pressure-regulated of pressure regulator valve and cylinder is described by using the Matlab/Simulink model,and combines the current model in Adams to establish pressure-regulated collector dynamic simulation model,which is based on Matlab and Adams.The model is used to simulate the effects of several factors on the dynamic characteristics and current collecting quality of pressure-regulated collector at different speeds,shoegear quality,contact stiffness,inlet pressure,cylinder volume and trim quality.Finally,according to the evaluation index of the current collection quality,the results of the above-mentioned different working conditions are evaluated and analyzed.The conclusion has certain guiding significance for the design of pressure regulating valve and cylinder,and also has certain engineering value for improving the current collection quality of vehicles in actual operation.In this paper,there are 227 figures,45 tables,57 refrences.
