The third rail collector,widely used in urban rail transit vehicles,is the key power supply equipment for urban rail vehicles.The passing power quality of the vehicle and the wear of equipment are directly determined by the contact effect of the collector slider and the third rail.Therefore,the measuring and evaluation system,designed for the contact vibration response of third rail collector,is of great significance when mastering the current status and improvingvehicle operation.An indirect method was adopted to measure the contact force of the collector slider and the third rail in this paper.This paper analyzed the preload deformation of the contact and the modal of the collector with the finite element analysis software,finally the coupling dynamics model of the third rail current system has been formed.Meanwhile,the model was adopted to analyze the influence of the vibrator on the contact pressure.A calculation model for the equivalent mass of a variable cross-section swinging rod was derived by using the principle of kinetic energy equality,which laid the foundation for the accurate calculation of the contact force.As for measuring system design,the test scheme of each measuring parameters were worked out according to the test environment and the structural characteristics of the third rail current system.The hardware design of sensor selection and measurement device was completed,on the basis of each parameter.For measuring data analysis and evaluation software,the functions of each part of the software system were analyzed indetail,based on expert system principle.The functions of the software system mainly include data import,data analysis and image display,and it can also analyze the function of the flow quality and abnormal vibration of the third rail flow system according to the test data.In this paper,The function of each module was realized by using C#language in.NET Framework platform and SQL Server 2012 database management software.In this way,the advantages of C#and MATLAB were fully utilized to realizepower spectrum analysis and also the efficiency of programming was improved.The software system developed in this paper has been used to evaluate and analyze the measured data on the dynamic characteristics of the collector Wuxi line two.In order to find the main cause of harmful vibration in the slide plate of the collector,The passing power quality of vehicle was evaluated when running in a certain interval,and the power spectrum of the vibration response to the slider was analyzed,by drawing on the evaluation index of pantograph-catenary passing power quality.With the analysis of the collector vibration response under different test conditions,there were some factors and relevant conclusions achieved.
