As a typical Anti-skid and reducing asphalt pavement,Anti-skid and Noise Reduction asphalt concrete pavement has good anti-skid,drainage,reducing traffic noise and other performance.Because of its large friction coefficient,this asphalt mixture can improve the safety of driving in rainy days.Therefore,it has a very broad development prospects under the rainy conditions in the southern region of China.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and engineering application prospect to study the macroporous asphalt pavement and its improvement under the southern climate conditions represented by Hunan Province.Taking the Yima high-speed test section under construction in Hunan Province as the background and on the basis of previous studies,through improving and optimizing the performance of the macroporous asphalt mixture represented by Anti-skid and Noise Reduction asphalt mixture,indoor tests,outdoor measurements and numerical analysis have been carried out for more than a year.The paper compares and analyses the selection of raw materials,the selection and proportion of additives,the mechanics and performance of mixtures,and the actual application effect,and draws the conclusion that "under the condition of adding additives,the performance of asphalt mixtures can be improved,and it will not affect the performance of asphalt mixtures when the amount of asphalt in 3.9%".Firstly,starting with the selection of raw materials,the properties and mechanical properties of asphaltene,aggregate and mineral powder are evaluated separately.It is proposed that the dynamic viscosity should not be less than 50KPa·s at 60 ? to meet the relevant requirements.At this time,the wear value and crushing value should not be less than 18%,and the needle flake content should not be less than 10%.Secondly,according to the idea of uniform test,the key sieve hole affecting Anti-skid and Noise Reduction asphalt mixture is 2.36 mm,so the grading scheme and the adding scheme of additives under the conditions of adding several additives are preliminarily drawn up.Finally,the oil-stone ratio and the adding ratio of additives under several conditions are determined by combining leak analysis,dispersion and Marshall stability test.After defining the mix proportion scheme,the pavement performance of asphalt mixture studied in this paper is tested separately from the different adding schemes of additives,including high temperature stability,water stability,low temperature crack resistance,drainage performance,anti-sliding stability,etc.The linear relationship between void fraction and permeability coefficient is basically clear,and the above performance is tested after adding additives.Finally,the mechanical analysis of BISAR software and the simulation of discrete element software PFC for asphalt mixtures are carried out.The results show that the mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures are greatly improved by adding additives.At the same time,through the observation of the actual test section,it shows that under the condition of adding additives,the performance of pavement is better optimized.The innovations of this paper mainly include:adding various additives to modified asphalt(different from the previous studies on adding additives to ordinary asphalt or adding only one additive to mixtures);at the same time,aiming at the former finite element method,this paper proposes using PFC discrete element and BISAR software to carry out mechanical analysis,which effectively improves the accuracy and fitting of the modeling results.
