Research On The Application Of New Media Art In The Design Of Rail Transit Art Wall

Rail transit guiding system is one of the important means of transportation to relieve the traffic pressure in cities.As more and more cities begin to study the construction of rail transit,the number of lines and stations is gradually occupying the position of urban underground space.Rail transit space,as a bridge connecting urban ground and underground space,is not only a hub for the transfer of people,but also an artistic space for the display of urban culture and regional culture.Since 1965,when the first subway line in China was built in Beijing,railway construction has gone through more than 50 years of development.At the same time,people have higher aesthetic standards in all aspects such as railway carriage decoration,space environment and public art.At present,as a common public art form in domestic rail transit space,art walls are mostly displayed in traditional forms such as graphic drawing or three-dimensional carving,and its overall style is relatively single and dull,lacking internal connection with the space environment and passengers,and failing to give full play to the value of art wall;although a small number of art walls are gradually combined with new media art,they are still in the exploratory stage and have weak interaction.For the purpose of more effectively displaying the cultural characteristics of the city,maintaining the unity of the space environment,eliminating the anxiety of passengers in the underground space,and ensuring the interactive relationship between passengers and the art wall and the site space,on the basis of the decoration scheme of the station hall space of Suzhou Railway Line 5 Su Sheng Road Station,the requirements of the space theme of the route and the station hall,this paper combines the characteristics and advantages of new media art to design the expression form of art wall,and uses interactive new media technology,interactive images and solid mechanical devices to improve the interaction and interesting experience between passengers and art wall.Therefore,this paper has designed a rail transit art wall that conforms to the characteristics of the times,better displays regional culture,and conforms to sustainable development.
