Nowadays,in the era of interweaving and coexistence of intelligence wave and silver-haired economy,information technology will increasingly provide support and services for the elderly,and become an effective means to cope with the aging society.Driven by technological innovation and market segmentation,the traditional products are gradually undergoing intelligent transformation,which has become a new normal life for the elderly.Intelligent products add a lot of color and fun to real life,but also bring a series of negative effects to human society.Due to the decline of physiological function of the elderly and other special characteristics,it is difficult to adapt to the emerging "species" created by human wisdom.The digital gap has become a new form of inequality in the new era.How to grasp the "intelligent" scale,seek the best matching between user needs and objective performance of products,give full play to the old-age compensation function of intelligent products,and actively respond to the aging society,has become the focus of general concern in the field of design.Aiming at the problem of mismatch between the design of intelligent product and the needs of the elderly,from the perspective of demand restraint,the Kano model and order relation analysis method are combined to effectively convert the acquired user intentions into product function design.By classifying,screening and weighting the requirements,planning the functional level of intelligent products suitable for the elderly and improving the availability and inclusiveness of intelligent products.Further introducing the compensation design method,Based on the level of product use,the elderly are given functional compensation from the aspects of behavior cognition,behavior interaction and behavior experience,so as to better perceive and use intelligent products,equally enjoy the dividends of scientific and technological progress,and realize the integration of technology and humanities.
