Study On The Protection And Utilization Of The Memorial Tower Of The National Revolutionary Army And Its Surrounding Environment In Kaifeng

Since modern times,Chinese history is a struggle history of the Chinese nation against imperialism,feudalism and warlords.Many heroic figures emerged in this period.They are not afraid to sacrifice and fight bravely,and ultimately realize the people’s ownership of the country.In order to commemorate the great deeds of these heroes,many memorial structures were built for them all over the country,including monuments and towers.They are used to express their condolences and memories of the heroes.With the rapid development of urbanization,many of these memorial structures are not well protected and managed due to their large number.This leads to the gradual disappearance of modern monumental structures in cities,which witness the development of the Communist Party of China.Its surroundings have been transformed by the expansion of the city.As a result,they are not only unable to meet the needs of urban production and life,but also incompatible with the memorial environment of memorial structures.It is our duty to discover the value of these monumental structures in the current era and to inherit and carry forward the spiritual will of our revolutionary forefathers.To contribute to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation’s Chinese dream.This paper carries out relevant research work under the background of carrying forward socialist core values,inheriting revolutionary culture and carrying forward revolutionary spirit.When summarizing and analyzing the previous studies on memorial architecture and cultural relic protection,it is found that there are few research results on memorial buildings in China.Therefore,the research on memorial structures in this paper will fill the blank in this part of the research on memorial structures.Firstly,this paper analyzes the functional value and site selection of memorial structures,and then explores the status quo of memorial buildings in contemporary cities.Especially in the underdeveloped small and medium-sized cities,the protection of memorial structures is difficult to attract people’s attention because of their small size and complex surroundings.It also does not meet the requirements of the《Opinions on the Implementation of the Revolutionary Cultural Relics Protection and Utilization Project(2018-2022)》.Secondly,in the investigation and analysis of such memorial structures,this paper chooses Kaifeng National Revolutionary Army Memorial Tower as a typical representative.This paper takes it as the research object to deeply analyze the Kaifeng National Revolutionary Army Memorial Tower and its surrounding environment.The historical background,evolution and status quo of their emergence and development.As a cultural relic protection unit in henan province,the memorial tower has high historical value,scientific value,artistic value and social value.Because of the development of the city,the historical features of the surrounding environment of the memorial tower have been seriously damaged,which weakens its environmental and value significance.Combined with the value and current situation of the memorial tower and its surrounding environment,the feasibility and necessity of the protection and utilization are studied.And the principles of conservation and utilization that must be adhered to in conservation and utilization.Finally,according to the provisions of 《Kaifeng City Master Plan(2010-2020)》,the protection scope of the memorial tower and its surrounding environment is delineated.Based on the development status of the memorial tower and its surrounding environment,under the guidance of 《Kaifeng City Master Plan(2010-2020)》and the principles of cultural relics protection,the guiding ideology is 《Opinions on the Implementation of Revolutionary Cultural Relics Protection and Utilization Project(2018-2022)》.From the perspective of exploring urban culture and continuing urban context,the overall visual effect of the surrounding environment of the memorial tower is taken into account.Aiming at the status quo of the damage of the memorial tower,construction materials and the causes of the damage,specific protective measures are given.Combining with the characteristics of the surrounding environment,the road and landscape around the memorial tower are supplemented and reformed.This paper discusses the significance of park reconstruction in Kaifeng and its specific planning and design.In order to realize the value of the memorial tower and its surrounding environment.
