Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Qingjiang River Landscape Resources In Miluo City

Rivers are valuable natural resources given to human beings. Because the people in the river development and utilization of neglected the environmental problems, rural river landscape by the different degree of damage. For example, there has been increasing water pollution, reduce water area, the landscape pattern damage, biodiversity decrease and other issues.Currently, the18th CPC National Congress proposed under the background of building a beautiful China. The river landscape resources are playing an increasingly important role in the construction of the beautiful countryside, rich rural landscape and so on. This study for the purpose of rural river landscape resource sustainable utilization, adopt method of combining the field investigation and comprehensive analysis. Selected Miluo city Qingjiang river in Hunan province as a research case, the results are as follows:(1) Through the evolution of the river and landscape Survey, found that the main problem in the Qingjiang rivers exist following aspects:①Lack of effective protection and management of natural resources, the phenomenon of disorderly development seriously;②Single plant landscape along the river bank, Ornamental not strong;③Water pollution is serious, ecological function degradation;④Habitat destruction is serious, biodiversity decrease;⑤Aging infrastructure, water discharge capacity decreased.(2) Respectively, from the three levels of protection and utilization of proposed rural construction rivers ideas.①From the level of overall planning, proposed construction of "points-lines-flat" watershed landscape of developing and maintaining systems. Namely build agricultural wetland landscape point, construction of river system landscape line, maintain the farmland forest landscape flat, together to form a system of landscape for sustainable development of fusion.②From the perspective of ecological function optimization, and to maintain, put forward the river conservation and management measures. Namely Inheritance and development of the village history and culture, create a natural ecological landscape waters, comprehensive control and maintenance of rural water environment.③From the perspective of the river water resources utilization, put forward using the method of transformation of rural river landscape. Namely Agricultural use patterns, energy use patterns, tourism use patterns. Focuses on the development of rural tourism with the goal of constructing wetlands park agriculture rural river landscape development ideas.(3) Basis in this paper, we summarize the theory and method of rural river protection. Combined with the characteristics of Qingjiang River landscape and use of ancient riverway formation of wetlands, adopt "melon Pullulated on stem" development train of thought, for the purpose of development of local tourism, complete planning case.To sum up, the construction of rural river synthetically considering the stability of the natural ecological and economic production efficiency, can achieve the sustainable development of river landscape resources.
