| Bioenergy has been the important energy that the mankind depended on for existence all the time, it is only second to the coal, petroleum, natural gas and occupy the fourth in the total amount of the energy-consuming of the world, having the important position in the whole energy system. The advantage such as being extensive, renewable and environment-friendly that it has makes it been paid close attention by more and more people in recent years. Biomass shaping fuel technology has characteristics with low cost, little investment and instant effect. It has already become one of the main technologies that our country has.Biomass raw material such as awn grass, sawdust, rice husk and straw that the text adopt to compress into the biomass densification briquetting fuel after crushing, screening, drying and other methods in earlier stage by the charcoal of new mechanism, excellent shaping apparatus.The influencing factor of relaxing density and durability of the biomass densification briquetting fuel was investigated in the experiment. The applied conditions industrialization of the technology such as transportation, storage and combustion characteristics were determined. The level of the moisture content of raw materials, the size of shaping temperature and the size of foot-path that could compress shaping and have prominent influence on the biomass .Moisture content of biomass, shaping temperature size and the pulverized size affect the relaxed density and durability of the briquettes badly.Experiment has studied the biomass shaping burning characteristic of fuel, mainly including the mensuration of caloric value of biomass determine, and gray melting point and the study of burning dynamics and burning speed.This text has carried on more overall studies on influencing factors, physical performance and burning characteristic of the biomass densification briquetting fuel and offered the basic data for production, usage and manufacture of the burning apparatus.
