| In this dissertation, the surface modeling of complex surface in reverse engineering is systematically studied. Firstly, this paper introduced the concept of the reverse engineering .Secondly, the method of handling the point clouds data was related to. The point research is the technology of reconstructing NURBS surface model. According to the organized form of point clouds data and the method of constructing complex surface, the problem was divided into four kinds of types. The first is to construct surface from regular point clouds, The second is to construct surface from disorderly point clouds, The third is to construct surface from existing curves, The forth is to construct surface from boundary curve and point clouds. Finally, this paper developped a prototype system of constructing surface, to verify the calculate way that this text put forward. The textual creative is that put forward a way of the Spline-blended surface interpolation through curve networks, according to the way of constructing of Coons surface and Gordon surface. And this paper put forward a method of constructing surface from boundary curve and point clouds. |
