In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s economic level and the gradual improvement of people’s lives,labor costs have also increased significantly.In order to cope with the challenges brought by the increase in labor costs,companies have focused on reducing labor costs and increasing production efficiency while ensuring normal production and reasonable equipment utilization.Reducing production costs by improving the rationality of human-machine configuration is one of the important means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Human-machine configuration research is a key issue in the implementation of IE.It can greatly improve the utilization of personnel and equipment,reduce production costs,and thus improve the ability of enterprises to adapt to market changes.This paper focuses on the overview of human-machine relationship classification,manmachine configuration problem solution,and the improvement of enterprise production line.The main research contents and new results are as follows: Firstly,the classification of humanmachine relationship is summarized,and the existing man-machine is introduced.The relationship model is configured,and the reasonable man-machine configuration problem is introduced briefly.The solution to the man-machine configuration problem is introduced.It is found that the comprehensive improvement method based on lean production is most suitable for studying dynamic and complex man-machine.Configuration problems,so this paper uses this method to study man-machine configuration problems.Secondly,the background of H company is briefly introduced,and the characteristics of the production line of the enterprise are also analyzed.The relay production of H company is taken as the research object.According to the actual production situation of the 3FA-H line of the assembly workshop,the process flow chart is adopted.Explain the production process,apply the work sampling method to determine the utilization rate of people and equipment,and then use the stopwatch time method to set the standard time of people and equipment.On the basis of considering the eight wastes,through the use of industrial engineering methods such as 5W1 H and ECRS to optimize and improve the existing staffing,an optimization plan for man-machine configuration is proposed.Finally,based on the actual production situation of the enterprise,the most reasonable ratio of man-machine configuration is obtained.Comparing the improvement and improvement,verifying its applicability and analyzing its benefits,it finally shows that the comprehensive improvement method based on lean production can effectively reduce labor cost and improve production efficiency.Applying reasonable human-machine configuration research results to factory production practices and appropriately improving or optimizing human-machine configuration is not only very positive for the enterprise itself,but also provides a certain reference value for the entire Chinese electronic processing manufacturing industry.
