With the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for electricity has been increasing,and the power industry has also developed rapidly.Among them,thermal power generation accounts for 67 % of China’s overall energy,and steam turbines,one of the main equipment in the power industry,occupy an irreplaceable position in power production.In particular,under the guidance of the country’s macro policies such as "up big pressure small,energy conservation,emission reduction,and consumption reduction",the performance indicators of generators are getting higher and higher,the capacity of stand-alone machines is increasing,and the reliability requirements of generators are also increasing.Once the generator fails in operation,especially the problems caused by the loosening of the stator iron core,it is often necessary to remove the stator rod.The power station needs long-term shutdown repair,and individual serious needs to return to the plant for treatment,causing major economic losses.At the same time,it has a serious negative impact on the product market image of each company,endangering the competitiveness and survival of each company’s market.In addition,directly affected by the actual conditions of construction conditions such as working positions,tools,and overalls on the ground,the relevant treatment process measures are difficult to carry out.Therefore,the problem of loosening is difficult to obtain a radical cure in essence,and the problem always exists,endangering the long-term safe and stable operation of the product.Therefore,it is very important to study the stator iron core loosening of large turbine generator and the improvement of manufacturing technology.In this paper,the loosening of stator core of large turbo-generator and the improvement measures of manufacturing technology are taken as the research object.Through the analysis and study of typical cases of stator core faults of largeturbogenerator produced by different products at home and abroad in the field operation,the mechanism of the problem is summarized.The selection of design parameters of key components,stress calculation and analysis,raw material characteristics are discussed.The phenomena and problems appearing in the manufacturing process are explored,the essential causes of core loosening and the measures for optimizing and improving the manufacturing process are explored,and the preventive measures are fully verified in combination with the key processes and different stages in the actual production process of large turbo-generator stator core.The statistical comparison and analysis of the validation data are carried out to judge the rationality of the judgement of core loosening and the effectiveness of the preventive measures.Explore and optimize the existing methods and methods of stator core manufacturing process,explore and improve the quantification standard of manufacturing quality process control for the key process of stator core stacking,which can guide the quality control of product manufacturing process,reduce the uncertainty in manufacturing process,improve the stability and reliability of product manufacturing,and avoid major quality accidents during the operation of stator core of large turbo-generator.We should reduce the huge economic losses and all kinds of serious negative impacts. |
