The Research Of Reconstruction And Renewal Design In Old Industrial Zones From The Perspective Of Characteristic Urban Construction

During the period of national heavy industrialization,in order to share resources,many industries have gathered in a certain area to form industrial agglomeration areas.Therefore,the leading industries of social development have changed.The industries face many problems and need to make changes or transformations for themselves.The article studies the problems faced by the transformation of old industrial areas from the perspective of the construction of characteristic cities and analyzes the solutions.This paper summarizes several major problems faced with the current transformation of industrial zone in our country through literature research,field research,etc.And specifically analyze the reasons.First,the model of transformation and renewal is single,and there is the problem to blindly imitate the mode of the old industrial zone transformation in developed areas,so its comprehensive strength is ignored.Second,the balance between heritage protection and commercial development is lost.Due to various reasons,there is over-emphasis on reconstruction and reestablishment in commercial development,neglecting the protection of industrial heritage.Finally,because of the limitation of the experience of the ecological restoration in old industrial areas,ecological restoration and transformation have not been fully implemented,which goes against the policy of ecological sustainable development advocated by present society.In addition,considering of many other factors,the paper predicts that transformation of the industrial zone into urban characteristics will become the mainstream in the transformation of the old industrial zone.Taking the protection and reuse of industrial heritage as the entry point and combining with the natural,historical and humanistic innovations,the thesis explores the transformation and renewal strategies of the old industrial areas.Associating with case studies,from the aspects of the evaluation of urban characteristic tourism resources,the analysis of development mode,the application of urban characteristic resources and the basic principles of transformation of old industrial areas under the construction of characteristic cities,the specific ideas,countermeasures and methods are discussed based on the transformation and renewal of old industrial areas from the perspective of characteristics urban construction.Together with the example of Datong Gas Plant,this paper studies how the landscape renewal design and reconstruction ofthe old industrial area integrate with the urban characteristics.And by design,the feasibility of the research is tested preliminarily.
