A Study On The Protection And Renovation Of The Industrial Heritage In Hangzhou

With the rapid development of the city and the acceleration of urban industrial structure adjustment,many industrial enterprises have moved away from the original site,leaving the old plants,old warehouses of industrial heritage have entered to the peak period of protection and transformation.The protection and transformation technology of industrial heritage in china are in the initial stage,so study the preservation and renovation model of the urban industrial heritage have important theoretical significance and practical value.This thesis begins with the current of the research on the industrial heritage inside and outside our country.Then it analyzes some relative conceptions of industrial heritage and the project management theory,some existing problems in preservation and renovation,including the weakness of protection conscious,the difficult of reuse positioning,the lack innovation of design,the legal system is not perfect,and the procedures are complex.In addition this thesis focusing on core technological problems of Protection and reuse,such as valuation system and feasibility studies,market research and product positioning,adaptive spatial integration.By the description of retention and transformation of the industrial heritage in land development of the relocation enterprises in Hangzhou(focus on the Xintiandi and blue peacock).Found that the project have a good protection and reconstruction effect in the value evaluation,format positioning protection,reconstruction model of industrial heritage,have a strong operability and important application value.Overall,the main experience in the case provided for similar city and similar projects include:firstly,adhering to the concept of security,establish a scientific and comprehensive valuation operating system;secondly,inject the new function to full use of industrial heritage in order to achieve the second value;thirdly,uphold the integrity of design,combined with the regional characteristics,to create industrial heritage personalized value;fourthly,adhere to legal protection,regulate the behavior of heritage development;fifthly,optimization the approval process,strengthen the management function,come to the system innovation.
