Since entering the new century,the scale of automobile market continues to grow in China.The auto industry in 2018 was sudden unexpected by annual total sales of 28.08 million vehicles,for the first annual decline since 1990.The automobile enterprises to sustainable development in the future will upgrade the quality of automobile products to a new level and continuously reduce its quality problems,so that it can be invincible in the fierce competition.C Company is a well-known independent automobile enterprise in China.With the continuous development of the automobile industry,C Company also faces the risk of losing its market share to other companies.For some time,the braking system failure of passenger vehicle series of products in the company had resulted in after-sales claims,which not only caused economic losses,but also directly affected the quality perception of users towards the automobile brand.As an important part of the vehicle braking system failure,it often affects the user's personal safety;therefore,it is very important to make the quality improvement of automotive braking system.By understanding the development situation of domestic automobile industry and the research significance of the quality improvement of automobile braking system in the company,the present situation of the quality improvement of automobile braking system was defined based on studies of domestic and foreign literatures in quality management,parts quality and automobile braking system.Relevant knowledge of automotive braking system will be systematically integrated and sorted out,which has accumulated the technical and knowledge basis for comprehensively carrying out the quality improvement of automotive braking system in the company.This paper analyzes its difficulties and methods of quality improvement,determines the methods of quality improvement of automobile braking system,and sets the goal of its quality improvement.By analyzing the braking system failure,make clear the key point and influence degree of automobile brake system fault,and draw lessons from foreign vehicle companies of problem solving methods and processes.Combined with the company's corporate culture,enterprise system,human resources cost,time cost,technology level and so on to implement its quality improvement of automobile brake system.Through its comparison and long-term tracking of before and after the quality improvement of automobile braking system,the quality improvement effect was further verified.The quality improvement project of vehicle braking system in the company is a typical enterprise quality improvement program with great influence and tight time.The operation of quality and market quality will be one of the important factors to determine whether automobile enterprises can win market share in the fierce market competition.The actual quality problems encountered by different automobile manufacturers vary greatly,and the methods of quality improvement should also be varied.There are various difficulties in the process of quality improvement,which need to be implemented under the guidance of quality improvement methods.However,external methods are not completely suitable for the internal problems in the company.In combination with the characteristics of the brake system of the C company passenger vehicle,this paper comprehensively uses the international mainstream quality improvement method,discusses the optimized actual application process and the specific method of PDCA cycle,8D analysis method,Seven-Drill flow,QC tool's in the company.Through the braking system quality improvement project,the steps of quality improvement are defined,and the main links in the application process are explained.It is of great significance to improve its quality level of products,shorten its period of problem treatment and prevent its recurrence of similar problems.Meanwhile,it also provides a useful reference for automobile enterprises to establish and improve market quality management system.
