Research On Quality Risk Management In The Process Of Forging In W Automobile Part Company

As the basic parts of automobile,forgings play a critical role in automobile structure.At present,the quality management of automobile forgings enterprises is generally poor,ending up with many systematic risks.Problems caused by forging quality often have a great influence,which may lead to product recall,huge compensation or customer confidence crisis in product quality.The root casue of these problems is the failure to effectively manage the key risk factors in forging process.Based on the quality status of forging process in W company,this paper sorts out 27 quality risk factors of forging process by using questionnaire and expert identification method from five aspects of man,machine,material,method and environments.By using FMEA risk assessment method and the method combining fuzzy theory and grey correlation analysis,the 27 risk factors were ranked in order of importance.Comparing the method combining fuzzy theory and grey correlation analysis with FMEA,the deviation of the former is smaller and the importance identification of the former can be more detailed,and thus the quality risk factors ranking list is more conducive to the company to take measures.Finally,this paper selects the risk factors ranking list obtained by combining fuzzy theory and grey correlation analysis,formulates and implements countermeasures for the corresponding key risk factors one by one,greatly reducing the quality loss of forging process and the number of customer complaints.The waste loss amount decreased by24% in 2020 compared with 2019.The quantity of customer complaints decreased by63% in 2020 compared with 2019.In the meantime,W company has established a series of regulations about organization construction,management system and communication.It also has developed some management modes,such as risk point management,grid management & weekly risk report and so on.These measures effectively guarantee the continuous development of quality risk management system.The implementation of quality risk management in the forging process strengthens the confidence of W company to push the application of total quality risk management to the whole factory in the future.At the same time,it also provides valuable experience for other related enterprises.Quality risk management is a long-term and systematic project.With the growth of the domestic enterprises,the research on quality risk management based on production processes will be an important development direction in the future.
