Since 2010,the installed capacity of coal-fired power generation accounted for 73.4% to 65.9% of installed capacity in 2015,a decrease of nearly 10 percentage points.The existing target is to reduce to below 55% by 2020,and need to drop another 10 points.Combined with the national industrial policy and the trend of coal-fired installed capacity data,the domestic coal-fired incremental market is basically stagnant,and with the policy to promote the thermal power market relative In the current many thermal power equipment manufacturers and service providers,the incremental market size is gradually shrinking.The domestic installed capacity of thermal power continues to decrease,and the new market is insufficient.The utilization hours of the unit continued to decrease,and the increase in coal prices caused the profitability of thermal power to be difficult.There are many existing thermal power equipment companies and the competition is fierce.The products and business of LY mainly focus on power plants,which are not optimistic in terms of market capacity and product profit.Based on this dilemma,in the case of difficult transformation,LY can only seek market breakthroughs and internal strengthening of project management to improve the increasingly difficult environment.This paper first expounds the concept of power engineering management,and analyzes some problems existing in power engineering management.Then,based on the empirical case study,it discusses the product service problems and engineering management issues of power companies.And from the internal organizational structure,management mode,management methods,management strategies and other aspects of the company's various factors are analyzed;Secondly,this paper through the comparative analysis of the company's internal and external environmental factors,combined with the relevant knowledge and experience of the author The correlation between various factors and the performance of power engineering management was studied.Finally,through the use of logic analysis,comprehensive analysis and theoretical analysis,the causes of various problems were described in detail,and combined with project management theory.And engineering management theory,put forward some guiding suggestions for the power company to improve the project management system.
