In 1996,Han's Laser rises in Shenzhen.Listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2004,Han's Laser hit an all-time high sales record of RMB 11.5 billion in 2017,ranking among the best laser companies around the world and the first in chinese market.With more than250 employees,Han's Laser CO2 Division is a member of Han's Laser group and covers an area of 12,000 square meters.Han's Laser CO2 Division mainly focus on R&D,design and production of CO2 series laser products.As a leading international CO2 laser automation products supplier,CO2 Division manufactures SC series RF excitation CO2 laser with independent intellectual property rights.By the end of 2018,Han's Laser CO2 Division has applied for 88 patents.Han's Laser CO2 Division has a variety of standard machines,and also accepts customized requirements to provide customers with customized products and services.As a domestic advanced CO2 industrial laser equipment supplier,CO2 Division has a variety of equipment systems focusing on different industries,and medium and low power CO2 laser.With excellent product performance,super high cost performance and perfect pre-sales and after-sales service,Han's Laser CO2 Division has won the favor of domestic and foreign customers and won a wide market.But at the same time,it is also facing fierce competition from both domestic and foreign competitors.For example,the domestic manufacturers such as Shenzhen Chuangke Laser,Wuhan Huagong Technology whom focus on CO2 industrial laser equipment,should not be underestimated,but also face international markets competitors such as COHERENT's medium and low power CO2 lasers,the strong competition of IPG's high power CO2 lasers.In recent years,Han's Laser CO2 Division marks a rapid growth with sales revenue stand at 554 million,increasing by more than 200%,and compound growth rate exceeds 50%in the past five years.This article is aim to maintain a high-speed growth of it's revenue by the analysis of PEST Theory,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model,SWOT Theory.According to analysis results,offensive strategy is suitable for Hans Laser CO2Division.Widen product range to explore new markets and dig into new applications.Hans Laser CO2 Division strives to be NO.1 in CO2 laser industries home and abroad by continuously expanding CO2 product investment scale,taking initiative in market competition of CO2 laser product through continuous innovation,mining new applications,and open up new application scenarios.Capture market through specific strategies such as technological development,product development,market development,and production development.At the same time,attach equal importance to multi-products and segment product market to seize a larger market,ensure market competitiveness of CO2 products and achieve a sustainable development of Hans Laser CO2 Division.
