China is now the largest country in the world of manufacturing,but it is not yet a manufacturing power.In the process of moving from a big manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country,the transformation and upgrading is the only way for China's manufacturing industry.The transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry need to rely on the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.The development level of equipment manufacturing industry represents the level of industrial development of a country,and it is an important manifestation of a country's comprehensive national strength.In 2015,the Chinese government's work report first put forward the implementation of "made in China 2025".Its fundamental goal is to change the "big but not strong" situation of China's manufacturing industry.We plan to make China into a manufacturing powerhouse through 10 years' efforts.Founded in 1996,H company is now the largest industrial laser processing equipment product development,production and sales equipment manufacturer in China.Its annual sales volume is the first in the world and second in the world.As a member of China's manufacturing,H company is also faced with the transformation and upgrading from "big" to "strong".To be strong,H has to challenge foreign high-end laser application equipment manufacturer to launch into the laser precision processing equipment field.This paper studies the development of laser precision processing equipment strategy of H company,and tries to develop a suitable development strategy for H company to develop laser precision machining equipment.This paper first analyzes the external and internal environment of H company in the field of laser precision processing.The external environment mainly includes themacro environment and the industry environment,and the internal environment mainly includes the analysis of the company's resources and ability.Through the analysis of the external and internal environment,the development of H laser precision machining equipment in the environment of opportunities and threats,strengths and weaknesses of the key factors,namely strategic analysis,based on the analysis,proposed the development of the company's strategic positioning and strategic objectives,so as to formulate a development strategy: differentiation focus strategy,value the innovation strategy,and formulate the matching strategy implementation safeguard measures.
