The residential buildings in the old city of Zuoyun county were greatly influenced by the early people's air-raid shelters.The bomb shelters often collapse during the summer rains.It caused the collapse of residential buildings and sometimes even caused casualties.Early civil air defense is one of the issues that need to be paid adequate attention to housing safety appraisal.The identification methods in existing norms and scholars' research results are difficult to evaluate the impact of this factor on housing safety.Through on-site investigation and analysis.Factors affecting the safety of houses in the old city of Zuoyun County are underground air defense,dangerous place in the house,the scale of civil air defense collapse or the size of civil air defense,risk factor of housing,bearing capacity of the house.These five factors basically contain all the factors that affect the safety of houses in the old town of Zuoyun County.Based on the previous research results,combined with the actual situation of the existing houses in Zuoyun County.This paper proposes a new method for housing safety identification.Firstly,analysis of the impact of these five factors on housing safety.Then,the five qualitative influence factors are quantified by taking the basic score or coefficient.The value of the basic score or coefficient is determined on the basis of statistical analysis.Finally,a formula for evaluating the safety rating score of residential buildings is proposed.S,?,R,?,and ? represent five factors that affect the safety of houses:T=?S×?+R?×?×?All residential building safety rating rankings are ranked according to the calculation results of the above formula.The ranking result is the main basis for the government to deal with the demolition and relocation of civil air defense projects.
