Landscape Visual Environment Evaluation Of Zhengding Ancient City And Its Application In Renewal Of Key Areas

Historic and cultural cities preserve rich historical relics,characteristic spatial pattern,historic ancient buildings,precious traditional historical culture,human settlements culture,spiritual culture and other excellent heritage resources.They are precious memories of a city.However,with the rapid development of urbanization,the protection of famous cities is insufficient.In the renovation planning,there are many serious problems,which lead to the destruction of the landscape visual environment of famous cities.At present,domestic research on famous cities mainly focuses on protection,renovation,tourism resources development,etc.In the aspect of landscape visual environment evaluation,there is little research on famous cities.This paper sorts out the research results in the fields of historical and cultural cities and landscape visual environment evaluation at home and abroad.According to the characteristics of landscape resources of historical and cultural cities,the elements of historical and cultural city landscape environmental resources are summarized.And on this basis,the paper puts forward the object content of landscape visual environmental assessment of historical and cultural cities,which includes not only material factors but also literature.In addition,emotional factors are added to the content of chemical factors.After many field investigations,nine representative "dot" landscape spots(Guanghui Temple,Linji Temple,Kaiyuan Temple,Tianning Temple,Government Confucian Temple,County Confucian Temple,Tang Dynasty wind monument,Liang’s Ancestral Hall and Ma Family Courtyard),two traditional streets(Yanzhao South Street and Zhongshan Road)and two historical and cultural districts(Longxing Temple and Kaiyuan Temple historical and cultural districts)are selected as the sites.According to the constituent elements of historical and cultural city landscape resources,this paper starts from the two aspects of physical and cultural environment elements to investigate,collect and organize the basic data of Zhengding Ancient City landscape resources.Using SD method,the landscape visual environment evaluation system of Zhengding Ancient City was constructed,and field questionnaires were conducted.The final 263 valid questionnaires are collected and analyzed to calculate the each landscape’s comprehensive average value of each factor and sample average value.Based on thecalculation results,the evaluation tables of survey statistical results and the evaluation curves of samples are made.The landscape visual environment of each research object is evaluated and analyzed separately,and reasonable optimization suggestions are put forward for its shortcomings.Finally,on the basis of the above research results,the paper deeply excavates and utilizes the material and cultural landscape elements in the ancient city for its own cultural characteristics.In order to protect the landscape visual environment of the famous city,this paper carries out the targeted planning and application research on the optimization and renewal of the area of Government Confucian Temple in the key section of Zhengding Ancient City.
