| Optical sights of military equipment,the basic principle is like and target partition of the target by the optical system into two overlap,and because the target and target partition on the partition board meeting and overlap,in the end,in the form of parallel light,therefore,in use process,just keep eyes on the same horizon,rather than different stadia,also is to let the human eye to infinity target.At the same time,because of the magnifying effect of optical scope,its aiming accuracy can be greatly improved.With the development and progress of science and technology,aiming device is the most important thing in weapon device.In order to meet the needs of national defense modernization,the development of optical aiming device requires us to conduct more in-depth research and learning.This paper discussed the optical system design of military scope.In the first chapter introduces typical small arms of the status quo at home and abroad,recognize the armed forces firearms in many countries are equipped with mechanical sights,but the mainstream of the equipment or ordinary optical sights,therefore,should continue to study,improve sight optical system performance,further development in the direction of intelligent system,simple,comprehensive,is advantageous to the sights on the distant targets aimed to get a better look.In the second chapter and third chapter firstly introduce the classification of sight and then analyze the main components of optical sight.At the same time,the optical properties of the objective lens and eyepiece of optical aiming lens and the classification of eyepiece are analyzed and introduced theoretically.In the chapter four of this paper the focus of the full text,according to the requirement of the optical system design,by using the ZEMAX optical design software design has realized the magnification is 8 times,viewing Angle is 5 °,an exit pupil distance of 40 mm,differential rate: α< 5’’the sight of the optical system design.At the same time,according to the determination of the corresponding technical indicators,and a detailed calculation of the size of the derivation.Including eyepiece field Angle,pupil diameter and pupil diameter,objective lens focal length and eyepiece focal length.In the design of the objective lens group,the formula for the distribution of optical focal length of the telephoto lens group,the field lens group and the symmetrical rotating lens group was derived.The field lens USES a plano-convex lens,which is placed near the image plane of the objective lens group,so that the off-axis beam can converge and the light aperture of the lens group behind the rotation can be reduced.In the design of eyepiece,the structure and aberration of eyepiece with pupil distance are studied.The aberration and optical properties of each component are analyzed.In the chapter fifth of this paper some factors causing aiming error are analyzed objectively,and some effective measures to improve aiming accuracy are put forward.Finally,this paper designs an optical system of lens rotating long pupil distance military scope.The design results meet the requirements of visual optical instruments. |
