| With the rapid development of Chinese railways,electric locomotives have gradually replaced the original diesel locomotives due to their advantages of high power,strong overload capacity,large traction force and fast speed.At present,the requirement of train operation safety and punctuality is getting higher and higher,which puts forward higher requirements for the quality and maintenance of railway running equipment.The high-voltage system of electric locomotive provides traction power and auxiliary power supply for electric locomotive,which is an important equipment to ensure the normal operation of electric locomotive.However,the faults of high-voltage equipment occur frequently in the field operation,which seriously affects the normal operation of locomotive.Therefore,the high-voltage system of electric locomotive is studied in depth,the common and difficult faults are analyzed,and optimization and improvement measures are taken to improve electric power.The maintenance quality of locomotive high pressure system is very necessary.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the main components of high voltage system of electric locomotive,and expounds the research status of locomotive and rolling stock fault diagnosis technology.Secondly,it introduces the relevant knowledge of fault tree analysis method,constructs fault tree method,analysis steps and minimum cut set calculation,and studies the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of fault tree.Chapter 3 takes Jinan locomotive depot as the research sample.Based on the statistical analysis of the related faults on the spot,the fault tree of the high voltage system of electric locomotive is constructed to find the top event,the middle event and the bottom event.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,the minimum cut set is found,the probability and importance of the minimum cut set of the fault tree are calculated,and the rectification measures are formulated for the bottom events contained in each minimum cut set.Eliminate or reduce the impact of minimum cut set on top events.Finally,the application of coping strategies in the maintenance of high-voltage system components is introduced,and the improvement measures and maintenance optimization suggestions are put forward,which achieves the goal of optimizing the scope and procedures of maintenance and improving the quality of maintenance. |
