Due to the narrow curve of the control river section,the ships sailing on the control river section must rely on the traffic signals revealed by the signal platform to flow in an orderly manner.The traffic signal intelligent command system obtains the ship’s navigation data,analyzes the ship’s navigation dynamics,automatically reveals the correct traffic signal,and directs the ship to control the river section in an orderly manner.Therefore,the reliable operation of the traffic signal intelligent command system is the key to ensuring the safe passage of ships.During the operation of the traffic signal intelligent command system,due to high temperature,humid climate and continuous operation of the system,failures are inevitable.At the same time,due to the remote location of the signal station,inconvenient traffic,and the limited ability of the signal staff,the system failure cannot be discovered in advance.Even if it is found,it cannot be processed in time and effectively,resulting in the system unable to complete the normal command work.Therefore,how to assist signal staff to analyze,troubleshoot and repair faults,and complete the corresponding operation and maintenance services to achieve the normal operation of the system,so as to improve the system’s own operation and maintenance capabilities is the key to ensure the safety and efficiency of the traffic management department.From the perspective of improving the operation and maintenance service quality of the traffic signal intelligent command system,based on the situation that the existing system failures cannot be resolved in a timely and effective manner and the functional requirements to enhance the operation and maintenance capabilities,the thesis uses fault tree inference method to study and analyze historical failures Maintaining empirical data,constructing a fault knowledge base,developing signals to reveal the operation and maintenance service support system,monitoring the operation status of the traffic signal intelligent command system,once a fault occurs,perform fault diagnosis,further determine the fault phenomenon and fault cause,and then provide corresponding The fault repair recommendations provide technical support for system operation and maintenance.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Carry out fault analysis of the traffic signal command system,conduct demand surveys of signal staff,and combine system technicians’ own maintenance experience to provide system functional requirements and complete system requirements analysis;(2)Based on the requirements analysis,an executable and complete design scheme is proposed.Describe the overall design of the system from the system outline design,system function modular design and knowledge base design,at the same time,a program flowchart is established to pave the way for the realization of system functions;(3)According to the demand analysis and design,implement the signal revealing operation and maintenance service support system.The system functions involved in this article include the status monitoring function of each part of the system,the operation and maintenance management function of the fault knowledge base,the fault tree inference diagnosis function based on the fault knowledge base,fault repair function and the function of the operation management platform.The operation and maintenance management platform includes: Simulation of signal revealing state;VHF remote dialogue;fault information acquisition;fault trend prediction four functions.Finally,the field application test of the signal revealing operation and maintenance service support system was effective and the design goal was achieved.
