Aerospace organizations are paying more and more attention to the reliability and safety of their systems.Research shows that the cause of failure and reliability of the system is often caused by the failure of the transmission mechanism.The solid-lubricated angular contact bearing in the transmission mechanism functions as load bearing,noise reduction and transmission.If the solid-lubricated angular contact ball bearing is stuck or damaged,the entire transmission mechanism will not operate.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the contact characteristics and wear life mechanism of solid-lubricated angular contact ball bearings of space transmission mechanism.Through research,it is found that the research on the theoretical model of oil-lubricated bearings is basically mature at home and abroad.However,due to the speciality of the accuracy of solid-lubricated bearings,the failure mechanism of solid-lubricating films for angular contact ball bearings is relatively rare.Most scholars perform accelerated life experiments on ball bearings in the ground simulated vacuum environment,and judge the quality of the bearings through vibration signals.At present,scholars have proposed a quasi-static analysis model and wear life model for space-lubricated bearing balls and raceways,but did not analyze the motion mechanism of the bearing contact zone in detail.Through the rolling contact theory,the local contact surface meshing calculation method is used to model the local contact point creep analysis of the angular contact bearing under solid lubrication.At the end of the establishment of space bearing wear and life calculation methods,the following is the specific content of the paper.(1)Through the analysis of mechanical properties of solid-lubricated angular contact ball bearings,the contact stress calculation method under load is introduced in detail,and the basic parameters of solid-lubricated angular contact ball bearings are calculated.Through the rolling contact theory,the rolling analysis and differential sliding analysis of the two contact surfaces are studied.According to the analysis of rolling contact surface characteristics,the friction boundary conditions are established,and the mechanics and rolling contact theory of the above angular contact ball bearings are combined.The improved meshing method is used to establish the creep analysis model.Through the creep analysis,the calculation formulas of the relative ball speed and creep rate of the inner and outer rings are obtained,and the drag force of the contact zone is further calculated,and the whole of the solid-lubricated angular contact ball bearing is subjected to the quasi-static equations.The force case establishes a balance equationto accurately understand the overall motion characteristics of solid-lubricated angular contact ball bearings.(2)In order to better understand the failure mechanism of solid-lubricated angular contact ball bearings,based on the above mechanical analysis and creep analysis,the influence of solid-state angular contact ball bearing speed and axial preload on the wear of lubricating film is analyzed by Archard wear theory.Finally,the vibration equation of the solid-lubricated angular contact ball bearing considering wear is established.(3)According to the calculation of the life of space-based solid-lubricated angular contact ball bearings in aviation system,four calculation methods are introduced respectively,and the life calculation model of the system considering the inner and outer rings of the ball bearing is considered,and the dynamic load of the inner/outer ring contact area is considered.Under the influence of the number of cycles,the operating life of the inner and outer rings and balls of the space solid lubrication angular contact ball bearing is established.
